The 3rd Annual Masters Surf Reunion event was held at the local surf break this past weekend. El Encuentro is the best place to surf while in Cabarete. Only a few minutes from town, it’s a great beginner to advanced surfing wave. The event saw had great turn out and an even better swell saw the nation’s top riders battle it out in amazing waves.
